I have been a part of the Cornerstone Family since 2010 when my daughter started in preschool in Mrs. Gonzales’ Rainbows class. It was a very proud and exciting moment for our family when she graduated from the 8 th grade this past summer. She thrived academically in a supportive and loving environment, while first learning to seek & glorify the Lord. We also enjoyed years & years of great camaraderie with the families in our class – something we will always treasure! Such a special & beloved group that God had brought together! I still have a 4 th grader in school and he absolutely loves Cornerstone & all his friends! The teachers, support staff & leadership are generous & sincere, and they always go above & beyond what they have been called to do. These women & men are incredible examples of the hands & feet of Jesus. We are truly blessed to be members of the CCS Family!

Throughout the years we have heard wonderful things about Cornerstone Christian Preschool from friends and the community. Now that our son attends the preschool program, we have the opportunity to witness the program first hand and we cannot be happier. The communication between the school administration and the parents is superb and the curriculum is wonderful. It speaks volumes to see how excited our son is to go to school. We cannot thank Cornerstone Christian Preschool and Cornerstone’s staff members enough!

Our son John Patel has attended Cornerstone Christian School since Kindergarten and it’s been a very rewarding experience at the school. He has improved socially and academically. We are grateful for everything Cornerstone has done for us. Wholesome Christian education in a safe and nurturing environment. Full of loving and caring teachers and staff. Mrs. Baer is an awesome principal, a great teacher, and a lovely human being. We couldn’t have it any other way. We feel very confident that our son has the best foundation for life. This is my third year working at Cornerstone. I love working at the school. The kids have a heart of gold and they work hard. Their parents care about their education and goals for the future. The staff is amazing to work with because they are so giving of their time for their students and for fellow teachers. When my daughters attended here, they felt the best thing about the school was the love and care they received from their teachers. The best thing about working at Cornerstone is when you are having a rough day, people pray for you.

Teaching at Cornerstone has been such a blessing. Being new to Cornerstone this year, I have already found a wonderful support system through the other teachers and administration. I look forward to coming in to teach every day and seeing the love and light of Christ in my coworkers and students. I appreciate the small class sizes and the time that gives me to focus on each student to help them achieve academic success. Cornerstone staff and students are truly a family. I appreciate this school because it has taught me so much about life and God. All the staff are so kind and help me in Trusting God. Also, if I had not gone to this school I wouldn’t have met all my friends and made cool memories. All the teachers made learning so fun and enjoyable

I like CCS because we have small classes and you get a lot of attention from the teachers. All of the teachers care about you and always make sure all the kids understand what they are teaching before they continue. They also care about how you feel and are always there to talk to you about your feelings when you need them. All the students are also kind and you can never feel left out. CCS is one of the most welcoming schools I have ever been to and it feels like my second home.

I like this school because the teachers are very nice. The teachers help me with anything I don’t understand and explain it in a way that makes sense to me. I like this school because the aides are nice and friendly. At recess when they have to supervise us, they are fun to talk to. Lastly, I like this school because the people who attend this school are nice. It’s very easy to talk to people here because they aren’t mean and they don’t pretend like I don't exist.

We have only been a part of CCS since this summer when I started working here and Joshua started going to summer Day Camp. We were both wonderfully welcomed by all the staff and students. It feels great to be in a place with such an amazing atmosphere of care and love, where we can pray for each other and lift each other up daily. Joshua has been loving every moment at CCS and participates in the Choir Club and Drama Club. He is always excited about class because he loves his teachers and also loves spending time with his new friends. They study together, go to the movies, parks to have fun as a class and many more activities. We are blessed to have found CCS when we moved to Camarillo.
